Clean Energy Project Development

  1. Directly Responsible for Commercialization, Strategy, Development, & Management of 6 GW of Battery Storage, Solar, Wind, and P-to-X Projects, valued at north of $6 Billion of investor and partner capital.
  2. M&A: Successfully led deal teams to acquire ERCOT BESS projects as well as other complex P-to-X projects across the United States
  3. Data Centers: Greenfield siting, site expansion, and extensive co-location M&A, in addition to bespoke bilateral partnership agreements.
  4. Full-life cycle development experience from greenfield, feasibility studies, landowner engagement, land title-work, environmental, local and state permitting, to full interconnection studies, GIA execution, multiple firm NTP Notice-to-Proceeds, negotiated PPA + offtake, and then final engineering design, construction, operation and maintenance. Heavy M&A focus for growth and new market entry.
  5. Direct operational experience with executive level project finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and transactions of developed + greenfield projects.
